We produce high quality nut and seed butters made from Valencia peanuts, almonds, cashews, and sesame. Our artisanally crafted butters are all roasted, milled, and stored in a refrigerated warehouse at East Wind. All our nut butters are available in both 16 ounce glass jars and bulk-size tubs.
East Wind’s Natural and Organic Valencia Peanut Butters are produced on equipment dedicated to peanuts within a facility that also manufactures nut and seed butters (Almonds, Cashews & Sesame). East Wind’s Almond Butters, Cashew Butters, and Organic Tahini is produced on equipment dedicated to tree nuts (almonds & cashews) and sesame in a facility that also processes peanuts.
Valencia Peanut Butter
Our peanut butter is made using high quality Valencia peanuts sourced from New Mexico & Texas. This unique peanut variety allows us to mill a delicious, healthy peanut butter with no added oil, sweeteners, stabilizers, preservatives, artificial flavors, or colors. It’s just peanuts, and sea salt if you fancy it.
The peanuts are dry-roasted, cooled and blanched to remove the skins, then milled into smooth or crunchy varieties. We offer Organic and Conventional Valencia Peanut Butter, with or without salt.

Organic Valencia Peanut Butter
Our peanut butter is made using high quality Valencia peanuts sourced from New Mexico & Texas. Almond Butter
Our almond butter is made with steam pasteurized almonds sourced from California. We do not add any stabilizers, preservatives, artificial flavors, or colors. It's just two ingredients: almonds and almond oil. The almonds are freshly roasted in small batches and milled the same day with the skins left on, giving a dark, rich flavor and retaining all the nutritional benefits of almonds. We offer our almond butter in both smooth and crunchy varieties.

Cashew Butter
Our cashew butter is made with no sweeteners, preservatives, artificial flavors, or colors. We offer two varieties: a lighter roast (Raw) that retains all the flavor of raw cashews, and a darker roast (Roasted) with a rich, full flavor. Small amounts of high-oleic safflower oil are added during milling to provide a spreadable consistency.

Organic Tahini
Tahini is a seed butter made from sesame seeds. Since it is naturally somewhat bitter, most people do not use it as a spread like other nut butters. It is used in many popular vegetarian and Middle Eastern recipes such as hummus.
Our organic tahini is made with just one ingredient: lightly roasted organic sesame seeds. No stabilizers, preservatives, artificial flavors, or colors. Because the sesame seeds in East Wind Tahini are lightly roasted, our tahini is less bitter than some brands.
